I am in doubt that Tong would be the best tour company to use howevr i just cant get her to answer- i have initial emails 2 or 3 times now but when I then say I want to book and pay the deposit I never get a reponse - this last time we even agreed on the tour items etc but now nothing again for nearly 2 weeks- so what to do?
